SPRINGBORO, Ohio — A day dedicated to whole-person wellness is returning to Springboro as White Dove Circle of Light and Love hosts its third annual Integrated Health & Wellness Day in the ’Boro on Saturday, January 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This free community event invites residents to explore a variety of integrative health topics through interactive workshops, expert-led discussions, and experiential sessions designed to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Organizers say the event is designed to help attendees heal, learn, and grow, while discovering practical tools they can apply in everyday life to support lasting health and balance.
