Ohio Healthy Living Community Spotlight
Healthy communities aren't built by organizations alone. They're built by people—people who welcome others, create relationships and help neighbors and local businesses feel connected.
At the Springboro Chamber of Commerce, Lynne Dillon is one of those people.
Lynne's connection to the Chamber goes back nearly two decades. She became a Chamber member in 2008 and went on to serve for many years as a Chamber Ambassador, building relationships throughout the local business community.
That commitment eventually led to a new opportunity. When the Chamber selected Lynne as its Member Success Coordinator, it highlighted both her success as a local Realtor and the strong relationship-building skills she had demonstrated over the years.
Those qualities are easy to understand when you meet her.
As a Springboro Chamber member myself, I've experienced Lynne's friendliness firsthand. She has a natural warmth that makes conversation comfortable and helps you feel that you belong.
That's particularly valuable for someone attending a Chamber event for the first time. Walking into a room where you don't know many people can be intimidating. Sometimes, one welcoming person can change the entire experience.
Lynne's journey—from Chamber member to Ambassador to Member Success Coordinator—also demonstrates what community involvement can become when someone continues showing up, connecting and contributing.
At Ohio Healthy Living, we believe wellness extends beyond physical health. Strong relationships, supportive businesses and a sense of belonging all contribute to healthier, stronger communities.
That's why we're pleased to shine our Community Spotlight on Lynne Dillon—a familiar and friendly face helping Springboro businesses feel welcomed, supported and connected.
